I have to say that this is the best care my father has received since we moved to Utah. Thank you staff and Dr. Madrid for being so kind and caring.
I have also had my doctor forget my prescriptions and had to wait two more days for him to add it in so I could pick it up.
I am dealing with their referral service and wanted to ask a general question. The lady I talked to was extremely rude and went into other patients personal information of what she was dealing with, that is none of my business. She completely dodged my question and was very unprofessional.
He also submitted the wrong titer for me causing even more issues.

Dr Saliri, finally found a doctor that listens. Doesn't keep looking at his watch, or tell me I need to schedule 2 apts for the problems I am having. Finally a doctor who cares and really wants to help.
