I have been into the Stansbury branch as well as the branch on 5600 west, and everytime they treat me amazing! Super friendly bankers and loan officers. AMAZING customer service by both branches. We had been with a "bank" for close to ten years before switching to a Credit union and it was the best decision. So friendly and always willing to help. The Branch on 5600 West is super busy, but they always have workers and managers that will assist you and let you know that they will be with you as soon as they can. I just like the fact that they notice you when you walk in.
Wait in the drive threw to pull money out and had actually ask for my cards back because they took too long . Very irritating need more people when you have 3 cars in your drive up windows.
Went to my Tooele branch MACU for a car loan (pre-approval?) and Maddie was super helpful !!! Great customer service !!! Got to the car dealer and gave him my MACU application number when it was time to do the financing and it was a breeze. Called Maddie real quick for info and she even got me a lower 2.74% !!! Helped make my truck purchase a low stress buy. Thanks again Maddie.
I recently switched to Mountain America from a bank I have been with for over 10 years. I didn't realize all of the customer service I have been missing out on! Always a smile, offering products I wasn't aware of that are very useful and more than willing to help me out with my incessant questions! I can't believe I waited so long to switch. I was with Bank of America for years but then moved to UT and that bank isn't out here. I also divorced and switched banks. I choose this Credit Union because it is close to my home and I LOVE it!!
